ParSell compiles, sorts, edits, updates, analyzes and verifies information related to all aspects of facilities of the United States Postal Service (USPS). We are the first and only on-line Postal information center of its kind, for use by Postal Lessors, Developers, Contractors, Architects and Engineers nationwide.

We create reports that are designed to help those individuals and companies doing business with the USPS, and those interested in getting into Postal business.

Our customers are intelligent business people who want/need the various types of information made available to them, so they can make accurate, educated decisions with as little expenditure of time and money as possible. The customer/user will find information pertaining to all aspects of Postal development, sales and leasing, as well as on-line help with lease negotiations, maintenance issues, disputes, finding qualified, experienced contractors, architects, engineers, etc.

We are comprised of several former Postal professionals, computer experts, and talented support staff, providing indepth knowledge, to help you on Postal facility-related information and advice. Any member can contact our staff of experienced A/E and Real Estate Specialist via e-mail or phone to answer questions concerning Postal construction and or leasing.
