The worst thing that can happen to a Bidder is to underbid the project and loose money, or
be defaulted by the Postal Service. Next, is to have a solid bid be declared
"non-responsive" by the Postal Service due to something you did or didn't answer
correctly.
As former Real Estate Specialists & Contracting Officers, it was our job to determine
and rule on both of these issues. As Developers, Lessors and builders of post offices, it
is our responsibility to submit accurate bids and responsive proposals. We are well versed
with both sides of the process.
