Our fee is hourly, billed in 30 minute increments. Expenses are
additional and must be approved ahead of time. There are two hourly rates:
1. $125 per hour all real estate related assignments
2. $250 per hour for all legal research & assignments
Estimates are provided before a contract is signed and before a retainer is required.
A second option is offered based upon a %12 of the gross amount of savings or rent. This
option doesn't work on all projects and, is made available for those who choose not to
commit to the traditional contract deposit and hourly rate.
With this option, a percentage is applied to what ParSell's efforts produced. Example:
